DECEMBER 12 – “THE DAY OF PHO”: RELISH VIET’S FLAVOR

Vietnamese people always take great pride to introduce to international friends about the rich and unique cuisine of their country, including dishes with “national spirit” such as Pho, Bun Bo (beef noodle soup), Banh xeo (Vietnamese pancake), Bun cha (rice noodles with grilled pork), Banh cuon (steamed rice rolls), Banh bot loc (tapioca dumplings) …, all of which bring the country’s traditional flavors. In particular, Pho is not only a delicious dish but also becomes a “culinary ambassador”, contributing to honor Vietnam’s culture with the world.
